DRIFT is a LUT we created to be a strong starting point for almost anything you make. It gives you a solid, balanced base that already feels polished, then from there you can tweak skin tones, saturation, contrast, and other details to push it toward your own final look.
-
These LUTs are made for footage shot in S-Log. You do not need to convert your footage to Rec. 709 before using them — just apply the LUT directly, adjust the intensity if needed, then fine-tune exposure, contrast, warmth, and shadows to match your shot.
-
They load natively in 3D LUT-compatible apps including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro (via Lumetri), Final Cut Pro, and any NLE that accepts .cube files.
-
Slightly under-expose so highlights don’t clip. These LUTs thrive on preserved highlight detail and clean shadows, you can always lift mids after the LUT is applied.
-
Absolutely. After the LUT, adjust Color Temperature/Tint or use RGB Curves. Warm +200 K for golden ambience; cool –200 K for a moodier vibe.
